  3. Service description. We provide digital creative services and deliverables such as instrumentals, mixes, masters, or related outputs. Service scope is defined by the product description and confirmed order notes.
  4. Quotes and timelines. Estimated timelines are provided in good faith and can vary with workload and revision cycles. Delays caused by missing materials or late feedback extend timelines accordingly.
  5. Client responsibilities. You must provide accurate project information, references, and technical requirements. You are responsible for confirming spelling, names, and metadata before release.
  6. Revisions. Revision counts and scope depend on the purchased service and the product description. Material scope changes may be treated as new work and require an additional fee.
  7. Delivery formats. Deliverables are provided in the stated formats and sample rates where specified. You are responsible for storing delivered files and maintaining backups.
  8. Licensing and rights. Rights depend on the service level such as non-exclusive, exclusive, or assigned rights. You may not claim rights beyond what you purchased and received in writing.
  9. Exclusive purchases. When exclusivity applies, we stop offering the specific deliverable for new sales after confirmation. Prior non-exclusive licensees may retain rights granted before exclusivity.
  10. Third-party content. If you provide vocals, stems, or samples, you warrant you have rights to use them. You are responsible for clearances and claims arising from supplied materials.
  11. Prohibited uses. You may not use our services to produce content that violates applicable law or infringes rights. We may refuse or cancel work that reasonably appears unlawful or abusive.
  12. Pricing and taxes. Prices are shown at checkout and may change before purchase. Taxes or fees may apply depending on jurisdiction and platform configuration.
  13. Payments. By submitting payment, you authorize the charge for the displayed total. We may cancel orders with failed payments, suspected fraud, or verification issues.
  14. Chargebacks. Before filing a chargeback, you agree to contact us to attempt resolution. Unjustified chargebacks may result in service refusal and account restrictions.
  15. Confidentiality. We treat client materials as confidential for production purposes and do not publish private drafts without permission. You agree not to publicly misrepresent private communications.
  16. Disclaimers. Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law and without guarantees of commercial success. We do not warrant uninterrupted access to the site or third-party availability.
  17. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
  18. Termination. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or misuse. Termination does not waive obligations that should survive, such as payment and confidentiality.
  19. Governing law. These Terms are governed by applicable law in a lawful jurisdiction selection. Disputes should be raised promptly so records remain available.
  20. Changes to terms. We may update these Terms to reflect business, legal, or security changes. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
